Is your pricing the same as booking direct?
We work through Trevello direct supplier relationships — the same inventory as WestJet Vacations and Sunwing, at competitive pricing. Transparent costs, no hidden fees.
Is there a fee for using your service?
No. We are paid by the travel supplier as a commission. Your price is the same or better. There is no fee, no premium, no hidden cost.
What if something goes wrong during my trip?
Call your advisor directly. We are reachable while you travel — not a call centre, not a chatbot. The person who booked your trip answers.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation and change policies are set by the supplier and your travel insurance. We handle all communications on your behalf.
What deposit do I need to pay?
Typically $200–$500 per person for resort packages. The balance is due 60–90 days before departure through Trevello secure invoicing system.
Can you quote resorts not on your website?
Absolutely. Any resort available through WestJet Vacations, Sunwing, or Air Canada Vacations can be quoted — just ask.
